All students in both Junior School and Senior School at Internationella Engelska Skolan Karlstad will start school August 22:nd in the morning.

First Prize for Students in National Language Contest

Paris awaits two Internationella Engelska Skolan students after they won a national language competition. After taking first prize in the French section of Språkolympiaden, My Bodin and Karin Furufors each won 4,500 kronor and a language trip to the capital of France. A whole class of year 9, and their teacher, Ms Emma Nyström, recently visited the University of Karlstad for a study day. The idea to arrange a study day for the students came up during the students' choice for higher education. Many were wondering what sort of options they have in the future. Successful Maths Team Hopes to Win Finals

Students from Internationella Engelska Skolan Karlstad can look forward to a trip to Malmö for the finals of mathematics contest Pythagoras Quest. The team of three Karlstad students once again won first prize in the regional finals for Värmland, meaning that they have qualified for the national contest. They will now make the 530km journey to Malmö for the finals on Friday, 1 June.

We will start the process of admission of new students at the beginning of April. We will then offer a place to those students who have been accepted.
