PTA
The Parent Teacher Association, PTA, at IES Karlstad is an amazing and extremely active group for parents. Since we started in 2009, it has shown the school an incredible committent and have always looked after the students´ best interests.
The group has arranged activities like sports days, skiing, open houses for new and interested parents and students. This year the group arranged a Christmas market, collections of Christmas presents for needy children for example in Ukraine, parents´ coffee evenings and other activities.
As you can see, the group is very active in its role within IES Karlstad. Even this year PTA Karlstad has arranged a range of activities which were appreciated by students since school started. We are so grateful for PTA´s efforts.
